Group Fitness Drop-In Procedure for FREE classes:
- Stop at the front desk no more than 30 minutes prior to class to pick up a laminated number.
- Present your number to the instructor upon entering the class.
- Only one number allowed per member.
- Class size is limited. Please refer to class maximum.
- Please provide your own mat for all group fitness classes.
- Please wear clean, dry shoes in the group fitness studio.
Continuous Fitness Programs
Equipment Orientations: The Fitness Center offers free orientation appointments for members. During the orientation, the Staff will review the Fitness Center ,Track, and Group Fitness Studio usage policies. In addition, the Staff will demonstrate all cardiovascular and strength training equipment. Great for beginners or for anyone needing a refresher course!
Individual Fitness Testing with Futrex Body Composition Analyzer: Would you like to see evidence that you are making improvement in your fitness level? Learn your fat to muscle ratio and hydration level utilizing state of the art near-infrared technology. Please wear a sleeveless shirt to facilitate analysis. First analysis is FREE for adult members (ages 18-80). Subsequent analyses are $15.00 per test. Appointments made in person in the Fitness Department.
Personal Training: The certified personal trainer will provide professional assistance by evaluating, designing, and monitoring a specialized exercise program for the member based on their health and fitness goals. Program, fees, and appointment times are arranged in advance. Appointments made in the Fitness Department and are one hour in length.
