BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP

Drop-in babysitting when using the facility (limited hours)

DROP-IN BABYSITTING

Drop-in babysitting service is free to members. Members who take advantage of the service must remain in the building while their children are in our care - NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Hours and ages of the babysitting room are as follows:

Monday - Friday: 9am - 1pm and 4pm - 8pm

Saturday: 9am - 1pm

No babysitting service on Sundays

Ages: 6 months (sitting up) - 5 years

YOUTH GAMES

For children who are too old to participate in the babysitting room but too young to use the facility on their own, we offer Youth Games in the gymnasium. These games are age-appropriate, supervised activities that are fun for all participants. Activities may include dodgeball, basketball, soccer, field hockey and more. Hours and ages of the Youth Games are as follows:

Monday - Friday: 4pm - 8pm

Ages: 6 - 11 years of age

FACILITY RENTAL INFORMATION

One of the benefits of your membership at the Ciccotti Center is facility rental. You can rent various areas of the facility for parties, meetings or educational opportunities. Parties can not be guaranteed without payment at time of reservation. Please note that birthday parties and room rentals are non-refundable. Information about room rental is as follows:

Wet Party Room

Cost: $125

Duration: Three hours (Party will be two hours in length; room rental is for three hours to allow for room setup and cleanup at beginning and end of party)

Maximum attendees: 20 (combination of children and adults)

Party Includes:

-Use of Aquatics Center

-Noodles for use in lazy river (*if available)

-Use of wet room for poolside party

-Ability to decorate room as needed

Party-thrower responsibilities:

-Carry in/carry out

-Bring own food (lunch, cake, paper products) and decorations

-Hang and remove all decorations

-Responsible for cleaning up after party and removing trash

-Waivers must be signed by all party attendees - no exceptions!!!

Meeting Room

Cost: $250 (half room) / $450 (full room)

Duration: 3 1/2 hours (Party will be 2 1/2 hours in length; room rental is for three hours to allow for room setup and cleanup at beginning and end of party)

** For parties held in the meeting room, attendees can not go back and forth from the pool to the room. Party structure is: 1 hr in pool, 30 mins. in locker room for attendees to change from bathing suits, 1 hr. in room, **

Maximum attendees: 40 (1/2 room) - 80 (full room) - combination of children and adults
