The Colonie Youth Center provides a Universal Pre-K program in partnership with the North Colonie Central School District. This free, high-quality early education program uses NYS Education Department-approved curriculum to prepare four-year-olds for kindergarten and improve their academic outcomes.
The curriculum focuses on early literacy, math, science, art, and social-emotional skills. CYC utilizes a mix of instructional time and purposeful, play-based learning.
